Russian Armed Forces' priorities now primarily focused on Ukraine track - Putin (Part 2)

MOSCOW. April 17 (Interfax) - Russia has clear priorities of using its Armed Forces, first and foremost, on the Ukraine track, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

"Obviously, we have clear current priorities of using the Armed Forces, first of all, everything related to the Ukraine track and the protection of our people in Donbas, in other new territories," Putin said at a meeting with Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu on Monday.

Shoigu briefed the president on a surprise readiness check in the Russian Pacific Fleet.
