MOSCOW. April 17 (Interfax) - The incorrect mobilization of 245 men was reversed in 2022 with the assistance of Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova.
"After reviewing appeals, partial mobilization decisions were annulled or reviewed in 245 cases. These [cases included] individuals with four children, with health conditions, and [who had] other reasons making them exempt from partial mobilization," Moskalkova said at a meeting of the State Duma Committee on the Development of Civil Society and Civil and Religious Organizations and the Control Committee on Monday.
Moskalkova said at a plenary meeting of the Russian Civic Chamber on December 8 that more than 200 incorrect mobilization decisions had been reversed with her assistance.
