CARACAS. April 18 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has arrived in Caracas, an Interfax correspondent reported.
The Russian minister arrived in the Venezuelan capital from Brazil as part of his Latin American tour that began the previous day.
In Caracas, Lavrov is scheduled to hold talks with his Venezuelan counterpart Yvan Gil and Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodriguez. The minister will also be received by Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro.
