MOSCOW. April 26 (Interfax) - The Russian Defense Ministry handed over 40 Ukrainian captives as well as four seriously wounded Ukrainian troops to Ukraine in an exchange on Wednesday, Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova said.
"Today, another 40 of our guys returned to their homeland from captivity. Following their rehabilitation, they will return to their families and loved ones. And the Russian Defense Ministry returned four severely injured troops of the Ukrainian Armed Forces beyond the 40-for-40 exchange guided by the principle of humanity," Moskalkova said on Telegram.
