BISHKEK. April 27 (Interfax) - British Foreign Office Director for Sanctions David Reed has arrived in Kyrgyzstan to discuss implementation of anti-Russian sanctions with Kyrgyz officials, the British embassy in Bishkek said on Thursday.
"FCDO's Director for Sanctions, David Reed, is visiting Kyrgyzstan to discuss implementation of sanctions imposed against Russia with local authorities and business associations. He will also discuss how the UK and Kyrgyzstan can work in partnership to tackle sanctions evasion," the embassy said in a statement on its website.
According to the embassy, Reed will meet with Kyrgyz officials and businessmen, as well as with foreign diplomats.
