MOSCOW. April 27 (Interfax) - Wagner Group head Yevgeny Prigozhin said he had decided to suspend artillery strikes in Artyomovsk (Bakhmut) during a visit of U.S. journalists to the city.
Wagner units have learned of the Ukrainian army's invitation for U.S. journalists to visit Artyomovsk, Prigozhin's press service quoted him as saying.
"We decided to suspend artillery strikes so that U.S. journalists can quietly film Bakhmut and go home," Prigozhin said.
