BAKU. April 27 (Interfax) - Baku has never wanted to worsen relations with Paris, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said.
"Azerbaijan has never initiated a worsening of relations with France. Azerbaijan has never rejected contacts, even at the most difficult times," Bayramov said at a joint press conference with French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna in Baku on Thursday.
He positively assessed her visit to Azerbaijan.
"For years, Azerbaijan and France have been successfully cooperating in many areas and have successfully implemented strategic projects in the oil-and-gas and other areas. Mutual investments total billions of euros," Bayramov said.
