NEW DELHI. April 28 (Interfax) - The military potential and capabilities of almost all NATO member states have been employed against Russia since the start of the special military operation in Ukraine, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said.
"The West demonstrated its beforehand preparations for confrontation with the Russian Federation. Large-scale sanctions were immediately introduced against Russia, arms supplies, the provision of intelligence data, and the dispatch of military advisors and mercenaries to Ukraine were organized," Shoigu said at a meeting of the defense ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states in New Delhi on Friday.
"Thus, the military potential and capabilities of almost all NATO countries have been employed," he said.
