Not a single Russian-Indian military-technical cooperation project terminated - Shoigu

NEW DELHI. April 28 (Interfax) - All Russian-Indian projects in military-technical cooperation are being successfully implemented, and none of them have been terminated, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said at a meeting with his Indian counterpart Rajnath Singh in New Delhi on Friday.

"The intensity and depth of military-technical contacts prove the unprecedented level of confidence between our countries. R&D cooperation is successfully developing, and large-scale, long-term projects are being implemented. No matter how difficult the current international political situation might be, not a single joint project has been terminated in this area," Shoigu said.

"No matter how the international situation may change, the course towards deepening Russian-Indian cooperation remains invariable," he said.

Defense is a key area of Russian-Indian cooperation, Shoigu said.
