YEREVAN. May 4 (Interfax) - There are problems in the relations between Armenia and the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said.
"There are problems in the relations between Armenia and the CSTO. Last year, we hosted a CSTO summit, but unfortunately, we failed to reach a consensus on important decisions. And we stated our position, we stated our displeasure with the Organization," Pashinyan said at the Prague Center for Transatlantic Relations on Thursday.
The CSTO "could no fulfil the obligations it has to Armenia," he said.
Pashinyan refused to sign a draft declaration of the CSTO Collective Security Council and a draft document on joint measures to help Armenia in Yerevan on November 23, 2022.
