Lavrov describes drone attack on Kremlin as hostile act (Part 2)

PANAJI, India. May 5 (Interfax) - The drone attack on the Kremlin is a hostile act, and Russia will respond with concrete actions, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.

"Obviously, it was a hostile act. It is absolutely clear that Kiev terrorists could not have carried it out without the knowledge of their 'masters'. We will not respond with talk on whether this is a casus belli or not, we will respond with concrete actions," Lavrov told reporters on Friday.

"We are very patient," Lavrov said. "There is a saying: the Russians start slowly, and so on," he added.

According to Lavrov, everyone he talked to at a ministerial meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in India "expressed condemnation." In particular, the Pakistani foreign minister openly condemned the incident and called for the fastest possible establishment of the truth and the identification of the culprits, Lavrov said.
