ROSTOV-ON-DON. May 15 (Interfax) - Lugansk was shelled again from the Ukrainian side at about 8:00 a.m. Moscow time on Monday, acting Lugansk People's Republic (LPR) head Leonid Pasechnik said.
"The shelling targeted the vicinity of the higher aviation school for navigators," Pasechnik wrote on his social media account.
The LPR Health Ministry's preliminary reports indicate that the attack did not result in any casualties, he said.
The LPR delegation to the Joint Ceasefire Control and Coordination Center (JCCC) said later that the strike was conducted using two Storm Shadow cruise missiles. It shattered windows in seven apartment blocks and damaged an administrative building and two cars.
This is the third time Lugansk has been shelled over the past few days.
