Kremlin seeing higher performance of weapons supplied to Ukraine - Peskov

MOSCOW. May 17 (Interfax) - The performance characteristics of weapons supplied to Ukraine by Western countries have been growing, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

Journalists asked Peskov on Wednesday to comment on a statement by U.S. journalist Seymour Hersh, who said that certain European countries had discretely urged Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to end the conflict.

"I do not know how to interpret the information coming from this journalist. We rely on concrete facts. We can see that the flow of weapons, equipment and ammunition to Ukraine has been growing. The performance characteristics of the weapons delivered are growing as well," Peskov said.
