Gas pipeline damaged in Graivoron district - Belgorod governor

BELGOROD. May 24 (Interfax) - There is no gas supply to the village of Bezymeno in the Graivoron urban district of Russia's Belgorod region due to damage to a gas pipeline, Belgorod Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said.

"A gas pipeline has been damaged in the Graivoron district, and a small fire has broken out. The district head is at the scene, and everything will be fixed within a day. [...] Investigative agencies are doing their work; I am waiting for them to report on the cause of the fire," Gladkov said on Telegram.

Gladkov said on Monday that a Ukrainian sabotage group had infiltrated the Graivoron urban district in the Belgorod region.

The Russian Defense Ministry said on Tuesday that the units which infiltrated the Belgorod region "have been blocked and routed."
