MOSCOW. May 24 (Interfax) - The Russian State Duma and Federation Council are planning to consider the denouncement of a 2003 treaty between Russia and Ukraine on cooperation in using the Sea of Azov and the Kerch Strait.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin official presidential representative to the two chambers of the Russian Federal Assembly while they consider the termination of the treaty signed in Kerch on December 24, 2003.
