MINSK. May 25 (Interfax) - Western countries are waging an undeclared war against Moscow and Minsk, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said at a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Viktor Khrenin on Thursday.
"Today, together we are confronting the collective West, which is actually waging an undeclared war against our countries," Shoigu said.
"NATO's military activities have become extremely aggressive by nature," he said.
"A range of measures to enhance the combat readiness of NATO's allied forces in Eastern Europe is being implemented. Additional military contingents and military infrastructure are being deployed, combat training and intelligence operations are being intensified in the proximity of the borders of the Union State," he said.
