Operations of 5 Ukrainian sabotage groups stopped - Russian Defense Ministry

MOSCOW. May 25 (Interfax) - The Russian military has reported the suppression of five Ukrainian sabotage-and-reconnaissance groups in the Kharkov region and the Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics.

"The operations of four Ukrainian sabotage-and-reconnaissance groups were put to a stop near Novomlynsk and Sinkovka in the Kharkov region, Ivanovka in the Donetsk People's Republic and Rozovka in the Lugansk People's Republic," Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said on Thursday.

Another Ukrainian sabotage-and-reconnaissance group was suppressed near Vladimirovka in the Donetsk People's Republic, he said.
