MOSCOW. May 25 (Interfax) - The Boiky corvette has employed a Paket anti-submarine system during an exercise in the Baltic Sea, the fleet's press service said.
"During the sea exercise, the Boiky corvette practiced searching and detecting a submarine using anti-submarine weapons at the Baltic Fleet's naval training ranges," the press service said.
The Ufa submarine, which is performing missions at sea, was designated a mock enemy submarine, it said.
"After completing activities to locate, identify and track the submarine, the target was destroyed using a Paket small-sized anti-submarine system," the fleet said.
