MOSCOW. May 26 (Interfax) - Russia has no plans to use nuclear weapons over the situation in Ukraine, and no changes have been made to the doctrinal approaches in this regard, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said.
"Our foes, our enemies are cynically speculating on this situation, trying to attribute to us some non-existent intention to use nuclear weapons with regard to what is going on in Ukraine. However, there have been no changes to our approach to this difficult issue, which is seen by many as a matter of concern," Ryabkov said in an interview with the International Affairs journal.
