CAPE TOWN. June 1 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia Prince Faisal Bin Farhan are meeting in Cape Town on Thursday on the sidelines of a meeting of the BRICS countries' foreign ministers, an Interfax correspondent reported.
Lavrov told Bin Farhan that he had arrived in South Africa from Mozambique the day before.
The ministers exchanged greetings, after which their meeting continued behind closed doors.
