MOSCOW. June 1 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has awarded Vladimir Zhdanov, head of the administration of the Shebekino urban district of Russia's Belgorod region, with the Order of Courage.
According to a presidential decree, which has been published on the Kremlin's website, Zhdanov was awarded the order for "courage and selflessness manifested while fulfilling his civil duty."
