BELGOROD. June 2 (Interfax) - Reports of Ukrainian forces' attempt to break through the border into Russia's Belgorod region in the Urazovo-Verigovka area are false, the region's operational headquarters said on Friday.
"Such information has been published by a number of Telegram channels, but it is not true. The information has not been confirmed by either the Federal Security Service's border department, or the Valuyki urban district's security council, or the head of the urban district administration," the headquarters said.
The authorities called on people to rely exclusively on official sources of information.
