Ukrainian army attacks 3 districts of Russia's Belgorod region - governor

VORONEZH. June 2 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian army has once again attacked the Shebekino district, Governor of Russia's Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov said.

"The Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to deliver strikes on populated localities of the Belgorod region. Thank God, no one has been injured. Apartments in two residential buildings in Shebekino were hit and caught fire. Firefighting crews put out all the fires," Gladkov said on his Telegram channel.

Seven private houses, two outbuildings and one car were damaged in strikes targeting Novaya Tavolzhanka, the governor said. A door-to-door check is continuing.

"Shell fragments damaged agricultural machinery in the village of Vyazovoye in the Krasnaya Yaruga district," Gladkov said.

A power line has been damaged in the Tishanka village of the Volokonovka district, the governor said. Emergency services are working at the scene.
