Belarusian special military exercise concludes - Defense Ministry

MINSK. June 2 (Interfax) - A special exercise of the Armed Forces of Belarus has concluded, the country's Defense Ministry said on Friday.

"The special armament exercise of the Armed Forces ended today," a statement said.

"The exercise focused on providing formations and military units with missiles and ammunition, enhancing the survivability of technical-support forces and means, and responding to the aftermath of mock enemy missile and air strikes," the statement said.

The exercise with military command bodies and technical-support units began on May 29 led by Belarusian Deputy Defense Minister Andrei Fedin. Reservists also took part.
