Terror attack case opened over Kakhovka HPP destruction - Russian Investigative Committee

MOSCOW. June 6 (Interfax) - Russian detectives are investigating circumstances of the Kakhovka Hydropower Plant (HPP) destruction in a case opened on terror attack counts, the Russian Investigative Committee said on Telegram on Tuesday.

"The Russian Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case over destruction of the Kakhovka HPP dam and flooding of adjacent territories under Paragraphs A and C of Part 2 Article 205 of the Russian Criminal Code (terror act conspiracy causing substantial material damage and other grave consequences)," the committee said.
