ROSTOV-ON-DON. June 9 (Interfax) - A Ukrainian artillery strike on Novaya Kakhovka in the Kherson region cut power supply, the municipal administration said on Thursday.
"A Ukrainian artillery strike on Novaya Kakhovka cut power supply to the urban district. The gunfire damaged power transmission lines," the administration said on Telegram.
There is no round-the-clock water supply either: tap water is rationed.
The impact from the Kakhovka Hydropower Plant destruction has been being cleaned up in Novaya Kakhovka for the past three days.
