MOSCOW. June 9 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin to urgently set up a government commission to deal with the aftermath of the sabotage at the Kakhovka Hydropower Plant.
The instruction has been published on the Kremlin website.
"A government commission for eliminating the consequences of the major flood in the Kherson region caused by an act of sabotage at the Kakhovka HPP is to be established," the instruction says.
The commission must be set up as early as June 9, it said.
