MOSCOW. June 13 (Interfax) - The Kiev Commercial Court dismissed the Kievo-Pecherskaya Lavra's claim vs. the same-name reserve on Tuesday: the monastery demanded unhampered access to the Assumption Cathedral, the Refectory Church and the Refectory Chamber.
"The court dismissed the claim at the end of the proceeding, thus denying the monastery's right to use the churches for service," Lavra lawyer Archpriest Nikita Chekman said on Telegram.
