ST. PETERSBURG. June 16 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will speak about the special military operation's economic implications at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"This is an economic review. As the economy does not exist separately from the entirety of political and geopolitical realities, of course, the special military operation, the effect the special military operation has on the economy and global economic processes, which are completely unrelated to the special military operation and develop on their own trajectories, cannot but be mentioned," Peskov told reporters on Friday.
"How well we are, to put it mildly, compared to many world countries, including the collective West, in such a global pre-crisis situation" will also be mentioned, he said.
