ST. PETERSBURG. June 16 (Interfax) - Contacts between Russia and the United States are irregular, Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov said.
"There are some contacts, they are irregular," he told reporters on Friday.
Answering a follow-up question about the level of these contacts, Ushakov said, "One can say that they're diplomatic, but they are infrequent."
