Two villages in Russia's Kursk region come under Ukrainian attack - governor

VORONEZH. June 19 (Interfax) - The Glushkovo district in Russia's Kursk region has come under attack, Kursk region governor Roman Starovoit said.

"The Ukrainian Armed Forces shelled the villages of Tyotkino and Popovo-Lezhachi in the Glushkovo district this morning. There are no casualties. Damage to a power transmission line has cut power supply to some households in Popovo-Lezhachi. Repairs will begin as soon as possible," Starovoit said on Telegram on Monday.

Utility buildings in three households and several cars were hit, he said.
