MOSCOW. June 20 (Interfax) - Russia has intelligence indicating that Ukraine is planning to use HIMARS and Storm Shadow missiles to attack Russian territory, including Crimea, which would mean the United States' and the United Kingdom's involvement in the conflict, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said.
"According to our information, the leadership of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is planning strikes on the Russian Federation's territory, including Crimea, using HIMARS and Storm Shadow missiles," Shoigu said at a Defense Ministry board meeting on Tuesday.
"The use of these missiles outside of the special military operation zone would mean the U.S.' and the UK's full involvement in the conflict and would entail immediate strikes upon decision-making centers in Ukrainian territory," he said.
