TULA. June 22 (Interfax) - Almost 40 missing Russian troops have been found in cooperation with Ukrainian Human Rights Commissioner Dmitry Lubinets, Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova said.
"My line has been established with the Verkhovna Rada human rights commissioner. I provide him with lists of missing persons and ask him to find them in [Ukrainian] territory. We have found nearly 40 missing persons with Ukrainian assistance. We have also helped them find a rather large number of people," Moskalkova said while visiting a branch of the Fatherland Defenders foundation.
Moskalkova said earlier that dialogue with the Ukrainian ombudsman had helped find missing Ukrainians and Russians.
