No plans to disclose number of Russian tactical nuclear weapons hosted by Belarus - Russian deputy FM (Part 2)

SOCHI. June 23 (Interfax) - Russia is not planning to disclose the number of tactical nuclear weapons that will be hosted by Belarus, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said.

"I very much doubt that this topic will ever be subject to a public discussion or will be disclosed by us in any way," Ryabkov told reporters in Sochi on Friday.

"A number of European countries have been hosting U.S. tactical nuclear weapons for decades, and their precise number has never been disclosed," Ryabkov said.

"There is nothing but estimated parameters, experts' calculations, God knows who. [...] Why should we unilaterally disclose something like that?" he said.
