BAKU. June 28 (Interfax) - Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan discussed the development of relations between their countries during a phone call on Wednesday, the Azerbaijani presidential press service said.
"During the phone conversation, the parties expressed confidence that our relations of friendship and brotherhood will continue to develop successfully in all fields. They also exchanged views on the further development of allied relations," the press service said.
Aliyev and Erdogan also exchanged greetings on the occasion of the Eid al-Adha Muslim holiday.
