MOSCOW. June 29 (Interfax) - Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has commented on a statement by U.S. President Joe Biden, who said that Russia was allegedly losing the war in "Iraq", expressing the hope that it was a slip of the tongue and that Washington continues to receive information from credible sources, while refusing to comment on Biden's health.
"Indeed, it is important to everyone that the United States remains predictable and objective in its assessments of events, and seeks information from accurate sources in order to draw a correct, objective picture of the world. We are very interested in that, we are monitoring the situation very closely, and we hope very much that [the] president meant Ukraine in the comment he made yesterday," Peskov told reporters.
"As for information regarding [Biden's] health, we do not think it possible to comment on that," he said.
