MOSCOW. July 3 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will take part in a meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Council of heads of state that will be hosted by India and held via video conference on Tuesday, the Kremlin press service said.
"During the conference, the participants will review the SCO's activities over the past year, and determine priority avenues for continuing the development of multifaceted and mutually beneficial cooperation within the organization's framework. The leaders will also exchange views on relevant international and regional problems," it said.
The SCO leaders plan to sign the New Delhi Declaration and some other documents based on the meeting's outcome, it said.
