MOSCOW. July 5 (Interfax) - The situation surrounding the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) is quite tense, and the threat of a sabotage act by Ukrainian authorities with potentially catastrophic consequences is quite serious, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"The situation there is quite tense, and there is the serious threat of an act of sabotage by the Kiev regime, which could have catastrophic consequences," Peskov said in reply to a corresponding question from journalists on Wednesday.
"Of course, all measures are being taken to counter this threat," he said.
