MINSK. July 6 (Interfax) - A global trend toward the formation of a multipolar world order cannot be stopped, and Asia will play a primary role in determining the planet's future, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said.
"We'll see the unipolar system cease to exist. Multipolarity is emerging. And this process can't be stopped," the First Man's Pool Telegram channel close to the Belarusian presidential press service quoted Lukshenko as saying at a meeting with journalists in Minsk on Thursday.
"The planet's future development will be associated with the East. Asia is developing. Africa and Middle East countries will show themselves," he said.
"The world order has been ruined now. We're not living according to international law these days. We're not even living according to tacit understandings, owing to the games that major countries on our planet have embarked on," he said.
