Russian Defense Ministry reports overnight strike on temporary Ukrainian bases, depots storing foreign-made armored vehicles

MOSCOW. July 6 (Interfax) - Russian forces have fired sea-launched missiles at temporary bases of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and depots storing foreign-made armored vehicles, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said.

"Last night, the Russian Armed Forces delivered a massive strike by long-range precision-guided sea-launched weapons at temporary bases of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and foreign mercenaries, as well as depots storing foreign-made armored vehicles," Konashenkov said at a press briefing on Thursday.

The strike achieved its objective, and all designated targets were hit, he said.

"Substantial damage was done to the enemy's strategic reserves," Konashenkov said.
