MOSCOW. July 7 (Interfax) - Iskander-M short-range ballistic missile systems of the Russian Baltic Fleet have trained massive missile strikes on command posts, an airfield, railroad hubs and other critical infrastructure of the mock enemy at a range in the Kaliningrad region, the fleet press service said on Friday.
"Having received the coordinates, Iskander-M systems performed training (electronic) launches of cruise missiles at the mock enemy's sites. The massive missile strike involved several Iskander-M short-range ballistic missile systems," the press service said.
In all, over 100 troops and up to 20 pieces of special and military hardware took part in the exercise, it said.
