MOSCOW. July 13 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that not a single point of the grain deal, that is to do with Russia's interests, has so far been implemented.
"Nothing, I want to stress this, absolutely nothing has been done. It's a one-goal game. Not a point related to there being Russian Federation interests has been implemented," Putin said, fielding questions from journalists in Moscow on Thursday.
"Among the conditions we've agreed to to ensure the safety of Ukrainian grain export were the points - agreements with the UN - whereby it was necessary also to take into account Russian interests: the logistics, the insurance, the movement of the money related to the payment for our products, and there were also other moments," Putin said.
Many European countries, where a considerable part of the Ukrainian grain ended up as a result, "began refusing from Ukrainian grain crops, they, not we, started to discriminate against Ukrainian grain," he said.
Still, "we have, in good faith, extended this so-called deal many times. Well, enough is enough," the Russian president said.
