Residential building damaged by drone fall, detonation in Russia's Kurchatov - governor

VORONEZH. July 14 (Interfax) - Roman Starovoit, governor of the Russian Kursk region, has reported a drone fall in Kurchatov.

"A drone fell in Kurchatov last night. [...] The drone fall and detonation did not harm crucial infrastructure," Starovoit said on Telegram.

A residential building sustained partial damage: the facade was scratched and windows were smashed, he said.

According to the governor, there are no casualties.

The region, which borders Ukraine, has sporadically come under attack.
