MOSCOW. July 18 (Interfax) - A woman has been detained in the city of Uglich on suspicion of gathering information on orders from Ukrainian special services to stage a terrorist attack on a critical infrastructure facility in the region, Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) said.
"The Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation together with the Interior Ministry of the Russian Federation thwarted preparations to carry out an act of terrorism in the Yaroslavl region," the FSB said.
A woman, a Russian citizen, born in 1987, was detained in Uglich "for gathering and passing information about a critical infrastructure facility in the Yaroslavl region on orders from Ukrainian special services with the aim of perpetrating a terrorist attack," it said.
