MOSCOW. July 18 (Interfax) - The three-year budget is being created in an exceptionally challenging situation, all efforts must be directed at providing national defensive capabilities and meeting the needs of the special military operation, Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said.
"The main financial document of the country is at this moment being created in an exceptionally challenging situation. It has always been a challenge because money is never enough. But it is not for me to explain to you in what kind of situation this budget is being formed now," Medvedev said at a meeting to discuss the United Russia party's program.
"It is also obvious that our first priority is to ensure national security, national defenses, to meet all needs of the special military operation. All our efforts should be directed at this," he said.
