Kremlin not expecting Western response to attack on Crimean Bridge

MOSCOW. July 19 (Interfax) - The Kremlin is certain that the West will not respond to the recent act of terrorism on the Crimean Bridge and that NATO countries will continue to turn a blind eye to such actions, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"The collective West will keep turning a blind eye to any acts of terrorism committed by the Kiev regime in our country," Peskov said on Wednesday.

"This isn't news. This has been the case before, and will continue to be so. We understand that perfectly," Peskov said when asked about the Kremlin's opinion on the lack of a reaction from the West to the Crimean Bridge blast, which resulted in the deaths of two Russian citizens.
