MOSCOW. July 20 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin's participation in the BRICS summit in South Africa will be full-fledged and involve both his presentation and a possible exchange of opinions with his counterparts, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"We're talking about full-fledged participation. This will [include] the president's presentation, and if necessary, his involvement in an exchange of opinions," Peskov told journalists on Thursday.
