Canada imposes sanctions on MTS, MegaFon, Tele2, Tinkoff Bank, Yandex Pay, and Beeline

WASHINGTON. July 20 (Interfax) - Canada has expanded its list of anti-Russian sanctions, adding companies and services to it such as MTS, MegaFon, Tele2, Tinkoff Bank, Yandex Pay, Beeline, and the Mir payment system, the government said in a statement published on its website on Thursday.

A total of 20 new organizations have been added to the list. Besides those mentioned above, they include Lakhta Plaza, Lakhta Park, Lakhta Center, the site RusVesna, the air travel organizer Charter Green Light, and Tochka Bank.

Nineteen individuals have also been added to the list.
