MOSCOW. July 21 (Interfax) - Grain exports via the Black Sea cannot be ensured without Russia, Sergei Vershinin, Russian deputy foreign minister, said on Friday.
"I don't think that any issues concerning the Black Sea and food security can be settled without Russia, no matter what we hear from Kiev. This is simply impossible," Vershinin said at a press briefing in Moscow, when commenting on Kiev's intention to continue implementing the Black Sea grain deal without Russia.
