BERLIN. July 21 (Interfax) - Germany has sent Ukraine an additional ten Leopard 1A5 tanks, some 1,300 155mm shells, and more than 2,000 smoke rounds, the German Federal Ministry of Defense said on Friday.
Berlin also transferred 80 RQ-35 Heidrun reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicles, four more transport vehicles for border protection, 16 Zetros trucks, a pontoon system, and 12 trailers to Kiev, the ministry's statement said.
Germany also supplied Ukraine with 20 MG3 machine guns which can be mounted on tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and engineering vehicles, ten ground radar stations, and 100,000 first-aid kits.
